TW Constructors retained by World Wide Technology to complete an entire remodel of their existing Advanced Technology Center, Engineering Center and Chairmans Office.

The ATC project required a complete gut of the existing 26,000-sq.ft. occupied facility, that included a new 8,000-square foot data center.

The Chairmans Office required a complete demolition of the space with the new design including a kitchenette, conference room, security proofed office, private facilities, and a new open-concept Administrative office.

The Engineering Center also required a complete demolition of the space and provided the team an opportunity to reconfigure offices and collaboration spaces. This building is the backbone of WWT and required all work to be completed in an occupied space not to disrupt their Engineering staff and daily operations. During demo and construction, the existing data center had to remain up and running.
