BJC Christian Northeast 6th, 9th & 10th Floor Renovations

As a preferred vendor for BJC, TW Constructors was selected to complete the demolition and renovation of Christian Northeast Hospitals 9th floor. This project entailed a phased construction schedule as the floor was occupied during the project. To ensure the safety of patients and staff, TW Constructors implemented infection control policies to maintain negative air flow at all times between construction and non-construction zones utilizing stark wall partition barriers.

The project included demolition and renovation of all patient rooms, nurses stations, supply and lab areas as well as common area restrooms. TW Constructors self performed doors/frames/hardware installation, wall protection, millwork, temporary protection services and patient lift systems. Our HVAC company, Mechanical Solutions, provided system upgrades and renovations to the current HVAC system.
