TW Constructors was selected for this unique project in expanding “U-City Loop” area, which was named in October 2007 as a “Top 10 Street in America” for Developer joe Edwards. This 5,000 sq. ft. structure designed by Kiku Obata & Co. incorporates a modern look with traditional early 20th-century style 1st-floor storefront retail space and walkup office space.
