BJC Progress West Medical Office Building

TW Constructors was retained by BJC HealthCare to construct a new 60,000 square foot Medical Office Building to compliment their existing Progress West Hospital. The new Medical Office Building required electrical and mechanical design/build scopes as well as a connecting breezeway from the new Medical Office Building ground floor to the main level of the existing BJC Progress West Hospital. Finishing package for the project included doctor offices’, therapy treatment, and imaging.
