TW Constructors served as the general contractor for Washington University for their new Human Resources location in St. Louis, MO. This 23,034 square foot office buildout in the heart of the Delmar Loop area of St. Louis includes multiple conference and meeting rooms, kitchen / break room, private offices and open office workstations for the Human Resources Department of Washington University.

The scope also included a Training / Presentation Room as well as several collaboration areas for Huddle / Break-out meetings needing privacy and also boast teleconferencing and presentation equipment for effective meeting spaces. The space has an upscale industrial look with exposed steel deck, acoustical accessories, linear LED lighting and spiral ductwork at the open office spaces and plenty of window views from various areas around the office of the surrounding Loop Area.
