Grand Marketplace

After successfully completing several projects for Koman Properties, they requested that TW Constructors partner with them again on an inner-city revitalization project, Grand Marketplace. The project called for design and build of a new 15,000 square foot retail strip-center building as well as several site improvements. Improvements to the existing site meant relocating sewer, electrical, and CATV infrastructure. A special focus was placed on the exterior of the site adding modern touches and landscaped curb appeal.
