How to Get Started

To be considered for upcoming bid opportunities, subcontractors must complete our prequalification process. This helps us ensure that all trade partners meet our safety, financial, and performance standards.

Step 1

Complete the Subcontractor Interest Form.

Step 2

Submit Required Documentation (see below).

Step 3

TW reviews and verifies your submission.

Step 4

Once approved, you’ll be added to our bidders list and contacted when opportunities match your scope of work.

What You’ll Need to Submit

Please be prepared to provide the following information and documentation:

  • Company Name and Primary Contact Information

  • Trade(s) or Scope of Work

  • Geographic Areas Served

  • Current Union Affiliations
    (if applicable)

  • W-9 Form

  • Certificate of Insurance
    (General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, etc.)

  • Safety Documentation
    (EMR for the last 3 years, OSHA 300 logs)

  • References or Project History

  • Certifications
    (MBE, WBE, DBE, VBE, etc.—if applicable)
