Safety
Safety
Always
At TW Constructors,
safety isn’t just a policy.
It’s a culture.
Our top priorities are situational awareness and communication. If you see something, say something. Protecting each other is everyone’s responsibility.
Ongoing Safety Oversight
Weekly Toolbox Talks from every subcontractor
Monthly safety meetings with trade foremen
Regular audits and walkthroughs by our Safety Team
All work must follow our approved safety plan—no exceptions
Before work begins, safety starts with detailed preconstruction planning—including a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP), an Emergency Action Plan (EAP), and strategies for identifying and responding to hazards. All subcontractors must submit insurance documents, training records, a hazardous materials list, and an approved safety plan. Every worker attends a mandatory site-specific orientation covering emergency procedures, daily operations, and our “Rules to Live By”—so everyone knows what’s expected and how we protect each other.
