An existing mechanical firm is acquired and rebranded as Mechanical Solutions, INC., expanding Legacy’s reach into mechanical contracting. This strategic move allowed the company to offer specialized services in HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, strengthening its ability to deliver comprehensive, integrated construction solutions.

Legacy evolves into TW Constructors, reflecting broader capabilities and a stronger brand presence in general contracting and construction management. The rebranding marked a new chapter, positioning the company to handle larger, more complex projects while continuing to prioritize collaboration, quality, and client-focused solutions.

To better serve client needs, Fire Solutions is launched as a full-service fire suppression contractor. This expansion allowed TW Constructors to provide specialized life-safety systems, addressing both regulatory requirements and the safety of people and property, while maintaining the company’s hallmark of reliable, high-quality construction services.

Midwest Consulting & Services, LLC is acquired and rebranded as Glazing Solutions, adding glass and glazing capabilities to the portfolio. This addition enabled TW Constructors to deliver sophisticated exterior and interior glazing solutions, completing the spectrum of services and allowing the company to tackle even more diverse and high-profile projects.

Vision Electric & Systems joins the affiliate family, expanding the portfolio with full-service commercial and industrial electrical contracting capabilities. Founded in 2005 in the St. Louis area, Vision Electric & Systems joins the affiliate family bringing deep expertise in design/build electrical construction. Under the leadership of President and CEO Douglas Brewer, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and integrity, offering services that include power systems, lighting, structured cabling, and fire alarm systems.
