With 40+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, Erik brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a dynamic personality to our team. His impressive background in project management, engineering, and contracting makes him a key asset as we continue to grow and take on complex construction projects.

Extensive AEC Industry Experience

Erik’s career spans over four decades, beginning with hands-on experience as a painter, drywall installer, and fine home builder. His early foundation in construction led him to roles in engineering and contracting, where he developed expertise in general contracting, electrical contracting, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project management.

Over the years, Erik has managed large-scale industrial, mining, and data center construction projects, earning recognition for his strategic leadership and ability to navigate complex builds. Holding certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Erik is highly qualified to oversee high-profile projects with precision and efficiency.

Outside of work, Erik leads an adventurous and active lifestyle. Having lived and worked in nearly every U.S. state, he has gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and environments. His passion for cycling is unmatched—whether it’s road biking, mountain biking, or fat tire biking, Erik rides year-round, in all weather conditions (except hail!). As a Strava Pro, he consistently ranks in the top 10 for descending paved hills in his age and weight category.

Beyond cycling, Erik is an avid snowboarder who enjoys hitting the slopes in the winter. However, he also cherishes quiet moments at home, relaxing on his front porch and spending time with his family and two dogs, Olive and Sage. Every year, they retreat to the Wyoming side of Flaming Gorge for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.
