TW Constructors, a preferred vendor of BJC, was selected to perform multiple tasks at the 969 Mason Road Campus. Tasks included the demolition and renovation of the spaces. Work completed included WUSM Vascular Lab relocation, renovation of Imaging areas, renovation of the Vascular Surgery, and Primary Care Physician Offices. TW Constructors self-performed millwork, wall protection, and doors/frames/hardware for the entire renovation. Sister companies Mechanical Solutions and Fire Solutions also are on the project installing the HVAC and Fire Suppression systems.
