As a preferred vendor for BJC, TW Constructors in a joint venture with McGrath renovated a BJC campus facility for relocation of BJC personnel from the former Queeny tower. The project was broken down into multiple phases that included demolition and renovation of five separate office work areas, the creation of a radiology work area and vascular lab exam room renovations. TW Constructors self-performed millwork, wall protection, and doors / frames / hardware for the entire renovation.
