City Academy

This project consisted of building a new 42,000-square foot school building in the City of St. Louis. Self performed work included concrete, general carpentry, millwork, roof trusses, insulation, and drywall. The challenge this project presented was the 10,000-cubic yards of soil that required remediation. In partnership with our subcontractors, we were able to provide this service with essentially no schedule impact. The project was completed in August of 2004 in time for the new school year.
