Confluence Academy

The $1.1 million projects is the first of three phases for this new school. This initial project is a 15,00 SF renovation of an abandoned warehouse into classroom/office space and support facilities.

TW Constructors self-performing all demolition, finish carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. The expedited 12 week schedule will be a challenge. TW Constructors began work on this project mid April and must hand off the space in July 2003 in order for the school to prepare for their St. Louis opening in the fall.
