DATA CENTER FACILITY UPGRADES

TW Constructors was selected by a confidential technology client to support post-construction operations at a data center facility in Lenoir, North Carolina.

The work spans a broad range of technical and infrastructure enhancements, including electrical and fiber system modifications, implementation of emergency and safety lighting, and reconfiguration of loading and dock areas to optimize material flow and site logistics. Equipment repairs and replacements are performed as needed to maintain reliability and operational continuity.

Beyond reactive maintenance, TW Constructors conducts proactive evaluations to identify system vulnerabilities and modernization opportunities. These efforts include improvements to server environments, upgrades to fire protection, alarm, and security systems, and installation of monitoring sensors throughout the data hall to track environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. The scope also includes the installation of mechanical, piping, and electrical support systems required to accommodate evolving server floor demands.
