TW Constructors was selected as the premier Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) General Contractor for this landmark project for a confidential client.

The scope included the construction of two nearly identical, 12,000-square-foot high-end office buildings, featuring open work areas, private offices, multiple conference rooms, a mother’s room, open kitchen areas, and all-gender restrooms with fully enclosed stalls and showers. Interior finishes include custom-printed accent wall coverings and a combination of polished concrete, ceramic tile, and carpet flooring.

Each building utilizes a NUCOR pre-engineered metal structure with insulated metal panels for energy efficiency. Climate control is provided by a Daikin VRV system paired with a dedicated outdoor air unit, while a daylight-responsive lighting system enhances occupant comfort. Security measures include electronic door locks, perimeter fencing, and a comprehensive site security system. The site is completed with landscaped green space, 55 parking spaces, and 8 EV charging stations.
