Fabick Fenton

Built at Fabick’s World Headquarters campus in Fenton, MO, TW Constructors teamed up with Fabick Cat for this first of three design/build projects consisting of a rental and maintenance facility. The turnkey design/build service incorporated state-of-the-art features including in-floor radiant heat powered by a waste oil boiler system, pneumatic, oil, and anti-freeze piping system from a central storage location to each mechanic’s work station, and exterior attached wash shed with 3-stage siltation filtration, an overhead gantry crane, and a mezzanine office area overlooking the sales floor. The 28,000-square foot facility was economically accomplished through the use of tilt-up construction.
