NEW HYPERSCALE DATA CENTER CAMPUS

TW Constructors is partnering in a joint venture with Turner, Clayco, and Source Building Group to deliver the construction of five new hyperscale data center buildings, along with extensive site and campus infrastructure improvements. The project scope includes full site development—roads, landscaping, fencing, and site utility work—plus installation of a sanitary sewer lift station to support long-term operations. In addition to the core buildings, the team will construct critical project infrastructure such as laydown yards and a dedicated office trailer complex to support field operations throughout the build.

Given the scale and workforce demands of this program, the scope also includes development of an onsite labor force camp. This will require mass excavation, utility installation, and site grading, followed by construction of temporary living quarters and dining facilities to safely and efficiently support the labor force for the duration of the project.
