TW Constructors partnered with Turner Construction to deliver a state-of-the-art data center for a confidential, industry-leading client across a 3,000-acre campus in Central Iowa. This hyperscale greenfield development was completed using advanced technologies designed to support long-term operational performance and scalability.

The scope includes three fully constructed data halls, along with the core and shell infrastructure for three additional future data halls. The project also delivered a dedicated administrative building, on-site substation, comprehensive site utilities, secured access points, a maintenance facility, and a robust telecommunications backbone. Extensive site improvements were implemented to support ongoing operations, security, and future expansion across the campus.
