NEW HYPERSCALE DATA CENTER

TW Constructors is delivering a new hyperscale, greenfield data center through a joint venture with Manhattan Construction Company. The approximately 258,000-square-foot, 217.8 MVA facility is designed as a water-cooled data center to support high-density, mission-critical operations.

The project includes a dedicated electrical yard with 13.8kV to 416V power distribution, along with a mechanical yard housing twelve (12) water cooling plants to support efficient thermal management. Campus infrastructure features 13.8kV electrical distribution throughout Phase One and three telecommunications points of connection to ensure redundancy and resiliency.

Additional scope includes a secure perimeter with intrusion detection systems and cameras, a main entrance security kiosk, and a booster pump station that supports water distribution across the broader campus. Non-critical 13.8kV power distribution is extended throughout the initial phase of development, positioning the campus for future expansion and long-term scalability.
