Siteman Cancer Center
TW Constructors, in collaboration with Clayco, has successfully completed the construction of the expansive new ambulatory care center for the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. This state-of-the-art nine-story building, encompassing 657,000 square feet, includes 238,560 square feet dedicated to medical services and a 243,250-square-foot parking structure. The WUSM/BJH New Siteman Cancer Center now serves as an iconic hub for patient care, specialized cancer treatment, and ground-breaking research.
Strategically linked to the Washington University Medical Campus via a pedestrian bridge, the center houses comprehensive cancer care facilities, including 96 examination rooms, 88 spaces for chemotherapy infusions, and specialized departments for radiology, breast imaging, and laboratory services. The building also features 430 parking spots located on the second to fourth floors, accessible directly from the main lobby, along with a functional three-bay loading area on the lower level. As the newest expansion within the medical campus in St. Louis’s Central West End, this completed project significantly enhances the city’s healthcare landscape. The center officially opened its doors in September 2024, providing unparalleled care and services to the community.
