This 1.8 million project is located northeast of the intersection of Kingshighway and Natural Bridge Road in St. Louis, Missouri. The building site replaces two abandoned gas stations. The 14,820 SF building includes parking at the north, south, and east sides of the building as well as a drive-thru window along the east side. The northern side of the building will be a receiving area as well as the location of two masonry trash container stalls. the CMU and brick building will provide state of the art film processing, pharmacy, and food mart services.

TW Constructors began work on the fast-tracked project in late June 2004 with a hand-off in December 2004.
