TW Constructors was retained by World Wide Technology to complete a full remodel of its Advanced Technology Center (ATC), Engineering Center, and Chairman’s Office.

The ATC scope included a full interior demolition of the 26,000-square-foot occupied facility, incorporating construction of a new 8,000-square-foot data center. The Chairman’s Office was fully demolished and rebuilt to include a kitchenette, conference room, security-hardened office, private facilities, and an open-concept administrative workspace.

The Engineering Center also underwent a complete interior demolition, allowing for reconfigured offices and collaboration areas. As the operational backbone of WWT, all work was carefully executed in an active, occupied environment, with engineering operations uninterrupted and the existing data center remaining fully operational throughout demolition and construction.
