TW Constructors partnered with Clayco in a joint venture to deliver the new World Wide Technology (WWT) Global Headquarters in St. Louis. This landmark project included three major components: a 208,000-square-foot, six-story office building with a lower level, a five-story parking garage with 768 parking spaces, and an outdoor patio lid connecting the new headquarters to Westport Plaza. The site also features EV charging stations to support sustainable transportation.
The headquarters was designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and flexibility. The main entrance welcomes visitors with a living wall and a dramatic two-story mosaic video wall made up of 51 monitors streaming content and live meetings from WWT locations around the world. Interior amenities include a 300-seat auditorium with a 51-foot LED display and dedicated HVAC system, more than ten conference rooms, open collaboration areas, flexible workstations—including treadmill desks—a green room, café, and an outdoor amphitheater.
A key feature of the building is the use of DIRTT wall systems, allowing spaces to be easily reconfigured and technology to be updated as workplace needs evolve. Upon completion, the project achieved LEED Silver certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability. The WWT Global Headquarters is notably the largest construction project in St. Louis awarded to a Minority Business Enterprise and delivered by a Minority Business Enterprise.
