TW Constructors is proud to announce the successful completion of the Siteman Cancer Center, a key development for the Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. This 9-story, 657,000-square-foot facility is located in St. Louis. It will serve as a transformative resource for cancer treatment, research, and patient care.
Our Role in the Project
In partnership with Clayco, TW Constructors played a key role in building the medical and parking facilities. The project includes 238,560 square feet of space dedicated to cancer care. This space features 96 exam rooms, 88 chemotherapy infusion spaces, and specialized departments for radiology, breast imaging, and lab services. Additionally, we built a multi-level parking structure with 430 spaces and a three-bay loading area on the lower level. These facilities are designed to improve efficiency and the patient experience.
